Welcome to RR Jewellers. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and services. By accessing or making a purchase on www.rrjewellershyd.com, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Company Overview

RR Jewellers is a trusted brand offering BIS hallmarked gold, certified diamond, and sterling silver jewelry. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, authentic jewelry with a secure and smooth online shopping experience.

2. Product Authenticity & Pricing

All products are crafted using genuine gold, diamonds, and silver.
Hallmarking and certification are provided as per industry norms.
Product images are for reference; slight variations may occur in color, size, or finish due to photography or screen display.
Prices are dynamic and may vary based on current precious metal market rates.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellation is possible only within 6 hours if the order has not been dispatched.
Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.
In case of payment failure or fraudulent activity, RR Jewellers reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (India):

Free shipping across India.
Delivery time: 4–7 working days.
All orders are securely packaged, insured, and trackable.

International:

Shipping charges apply based on destination and weight.
Delivery time: 7–15 working days via trusted courier partners like DHL, FedEx, etc.
Customs duties and taxes, if any, must be paid by the customer at the destination.
RR Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier service providers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition with packaging, tags, and certificates.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Warranty & Repairs

Products come with a manufacturing warranty; issues due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Repairs can be done on request and may involve additional charges depending on the nature of damage.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, if not already shipped.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, logos, designs, and written content—is the exclusive property of RR Jewellers. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Telangana Jurisdiction.
