At RR Jewellers, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every piece you receive meets our quality promise. In the rare case that there’s an issue with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The item is in unused and original condition, with:

    • All tags, certificates, and packaging intact

    • The original invoice included


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Personalized/made-to-order designs

  • Products returned without original documents or signs of wear or tampering


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@rrjewellershyd.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return procedure.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for processing the refund via bank transfer.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.


6. International Orders

Due to customs and shipping complexities, international orders are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or incorrect.
